Don't understand, LonelyChaser writes that there are no subtitles online, however it seems that there is a completely subbed version available, at least since 2022.
The subtitles in your link are terrible(same subs from nya too), seems to have been done with google translation, the ones from InkaSubs are perfect.
One anime series that also need an upgrade with good subtitles is F-エフ.
